    After installing windows in my mother's bungerlows,they said they would return to repair damaged plaster work, on a certain day,at a certain time. Didn't show up. After being on hold for 40 minutes,I spoke to someone. When I complained about the phone wait time,he hung up on me. Dreadful service.

    It's called Thirteen because that's approximately how many capable intelligent staff they have, or how many times you have to contact them for a positive response. You can complain all you like but your complaints never gets passed to the fictional " complaints team" , I have mental and physical disabilities and have requested support tidying my house, I was told I can have 2 cardboard boxes they'd managed to find. They've just moved residents of 2 16 floor high rise buildings and gave them 7 boxes each. That's around 260* 7 boxes, but they only found a disabled person 2. Constantly harassed for gas inspection even though they cut my gas off , constantly harassed for electrical inspection even though it's not legally due for 8 months. The neighborhood rep is a boy doing a man's job, he has single handedly managed a migration of tenants from the estate.

    Not an ideal housing agency..! Won’t recommend it for renting or buying houses from them. I am unfortunately being with them under rental contract since 4 years. They won’t do repairs especially with boiler in dead winter. I have spent 2 weeks with out hot water or heating
