The practice does not operate during bank holidays ?.... but I am afraid illness does as we all know. Very poor service and care demonstrated here. This obviously puts more pressure on hospital services as I have had to experience. The Practice seems to be a contributor to the pressures put on hospitals. Probably one of many ? The practice seems to be manned/womaned by part time GP’s which also does not help the situation. Very Poor Service and I would aim to look elsewhere. Such a shame as it was always the best GP’s surgery in Thirsk.

I once had no criticism of this practice but since Covid I have yet to see my Gp who has absolutely no idea whatsoever of my circumstances. As this is a public posting I will not go in to details Meanwhile I have now run out of medication for my blood pressure and cannot access the pharmacy till next Tuesday I read about overworked GP s but it is sad state of affairs. Some parts of the NHS are brilliant some parts are not !
