Best variety of classes - hot yoga to wattbike. Nice pool, sauna steam room, well-equipped changing rooms, latest kit in the gym and never so busy that you cannot use it. Friendly staff!

Entering this gym makes you simply just happy! Excellent classes (from weights to (yin) yoga) and gym equipment, perfect pool and sauna. What I love most is the variety. You can go for a relaxing yoga, swim and sauna session – or work hard on the weights. And wonderful shower rooms too, every visit is a treat.

If a 0 star was possible I would give it. After having a revolving conversation with a person called Arron , who obviously believes he’s working for a firm that doesn’t have to give any customer service whatsoever. He’s way above anyone and so rude , along with his manager who thought gaslighting me was appropriate rather than apologising for Aaron’s behaviour. I called up very concerned about the cost of a membership sold to a member of my family. First of all they record the conversation without giving you a warning which is a breach of my privacy. Secondly after Arron asking me when this family member signed up , on response of me saying it didn’t matter as I understood the terms now. He laughed down the phone at me. I then said !! You what ! Ok I want to talk to management now , he tried to deflect that happening and eventually put me in touch with a person who pretends to be a manager , when they are in fact just senior to Arron. Not a manager.. This woman says immediately without any apology for Arrons rudeness, that she was sitting next to him and didn’t hear him laugh. So I am now being called a liar! Her whole attitude was that of sticking up for her mate. Well done dear !! Great customer service.. Oh it gets worse Then I am put onto the real manager ( but no idea how he got that job ) who also refuses to just say sorry for Arrons laughing at me. Says do I want to take it further … ( at this point I am thinking this business is being run by kids ) I don’t answer him straight away and all the time he’s not listening to me , he also won’t address Arrons behaviour at all and keep trying to change the subject. I say to him , why are you not just apologising for Arrons actions!!! He doesn’t want to respond and doesn’t. I say ok I will take to the next manager then. He then replies “ well I did just ask you that four minutes ago “ ( I am not making this up ) The last manager I spoke to did eventually apologise Chistoff ? I think that’s his name. But by then I had had enough. They will read this and probably respond, but the damage is done. So I will take Arrons little amusement that a concerned parent is worried their daughter will struggle to find the £200 a month gym membership, she had been sold , to the real owners of this gym. Let see if they think Arron should have a pat on his back for being so kind , polite and understanding!! You are third all right ! READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU SIGN UP other clarifying the rudeness of the staff.
