Third Eye Installations was not the first company I used to update my CCTV and alarms systems, which was a big mistake as the Company that did the work were a right shamble. I found Third Eye through the Which Trusted Trader website. I explained that my CCTV system was not functioning in the way I needed it to. Oliver in the office was confident that he could help me. Vijay the Engineer turned up a couple of days later and was friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected both the alarm and CCTV systems. Two of the cameras had been incorrectly installed which over time would have allowed water ingress causing the cameras to fail. Desktop software was configured to provide a constant live view. My home is now secure with both CCTV and alarm systems working the way I need them to. I have peace of mind with a one year maintenance contract and knowing that I am dealing with a NACOSS registered Company.
