After suffering with rising damp for years. We contacted Thinkdry last September to damp proof our home in Bolsterstone. The work was done on time and at the cost quoted. I did have a concern over one area that didn't appear to be drying out like the rest. I contacted them and there was somebody out the next day to look at it. Faultless service, highly recommend. The owner was originally responsive quickly quoting and arranging to complete the works in late 2020. Now late 2022, still having problems with rising damp and peeling paint and all calls and emails unanswered. A wall was missed and the rods were installed in the brick rather than the mortar course which I suspect didn't help. AVOID. Will be seeking advice on actioning. Service: Mold mitigation

Initial contact was fine, I sent in some photos to determine the treatment and then they came to do a dpc injection. They had missed one wall so had to come back to do it. I paid just under £1000. This was done in March this year. In August 5 months later, I contact the same person again to say that the course has failed, no reply, so much for their "guarantee". I even sent images to go along. The one with the window is an external wall but the one without is a wall joint with neighbours..... What a waste of money. Stay away.
