Quality Service, in depth knowledge of the Fox products i had serviced. The company i used before had used none fox oils and possibly assembled the shock incorrectly. Ross spotted all these issues and the suspension is now feeling excellent. Fast turn around, good communication and flexible. Top Job!

Sent a shock for repair on 9th February - which was delivered and confirmed, have been waiting for parts until 13th May!! then asked for my shock to be simply returned several times, have not had it back, excuse the pun BUT SHOCKING SERVICE - AVOID - I will now be contacting Trading Standards to report this company and making a small claim against them. Sent my shock in good faith but to be ignored and effectively take my property is not on! Updated response- Response from the owner is not correct as on 7th June on Whatsapp message stated "will cancel the back order and just send it back" -still received nothing.

Ross is a great guy my Fox float X2 shock came broke I had dyfi booked within 3 weeks. I rang around everywhere to get it in and everyone was a month off, Ross had a wait but said he would help me out let me drop it to him on a Sunday and pick it up the outside work hours to get me on the bike asap great service will recommend to anyone!!

From the moment I first messaged Ross, I knew he'd be the man to solve my issue. I have a Fox X2 shock which sounded like it had gravel trapped inside! Described my issue and he was able to diagnose it in seconds and offered to service it for me at a very reasonable price - While other bike shops were quoting me silly prices and advised the entire process would take 4-6 weeks. I sought to then book a slot with Ross and after sending my shock to him, I had it back on my bike in just less than a weeks turnaround (shock was shipped to and from). My shock is now working more plush than ever and I can't thank Silk Suspension enough. Would highly recommend.
