We were persuaded to use Think-Comms services when our O2 mobile contract came up for renewal. This is always a complex task when dealing direct with a mobile provider - however Amanda at Think-Comms assisted use - expertly taking all our requirements into consideration and coming up with an excellent package for us. More recently we wanted to add a spend cap to our services to provide cost control over our mobile lines - Think-Comms made this simple for us. A quick email to their customer services resulted in a call back within 5 minutes and Dani was able to implement our changes with the minimum of fuss. 5-Stars all round for this business!

Aggressive and less than honest sales team and company. My family and I have left O2 because of Think Comms. One example of many in the past few years: harrassing us on a daily basis to sign unasked for 'upgraded' 24 month contracts while deliberately not stating key terms of contract. Avoid at all costs. The 5 star reviews on here look less than authentic. The one star reviews though had the same issues as we did.

Danni has the patience of a saint. Her determination and persistence to resolve a number of issues that have been outstanding for an age has never failed to amaze me. If Danni hadn't come along then I would have closed down the O2 accounts and moved else where. We did finally get there, so a huge, huge thank you to Danni for achieving that, your five star review is more than deserved!
