Booked an appointment for 21st Feb at 9am the night before, booking confirmation was sent so they must of accepted this. I turn up 5 minutes early, the sign outside the shop says call before you go in. I called at 9.01am and 9.10am .... absolutely nothing couldn't even leave a voicemail... I see the light go on at 9.20, so I call again (phone rings out) . I'm not one to complain but the weather is rubbish I have medical conditions which impacts my leg and back, Its 9.30am I still haven't heard anything. Which is fine because I've gone elsewhere. Maybe this was the external bookings fault or business. However, if you advertise your open at 9am you should be open and ready at 9am
