Aylesbury boxing club personally I think it's better than sandman boxing club and the teachers at Aylesbury boxing club are great boxing teachers and they have passion for the sport and i did learn my 5 defence when I was the age of 7 then I stopped when I was 12 then didn't go again but I need to go haven't trained in 2 years and now I'm 15 so I need to start. They teach u how to have your arms up hold the phone next to ur ear and keep the microphone in ur hand and ur arm up and put ur chin on ur shoulder and then ur protecting ur chin.
