Do not use this business at all! Looking back at the reviews I wish I looked here first! Absolutely disgraceful customer service from the owner Nat! And poor business ethics! Long story short paid money for full car valet for a car I was selling and one the day original booking was for midday kept postponing till they turned up little before 17:00. Done a clean due to it being late evening decide that they done the job at first glance and trusted they competed the service! Next day woke up to see rather lot was missed! Took photos and videos of the incomplete service sent it to them for them to say they’ll send them back out again to complete the service! Came following day little after 07:00 day I had thing to do so asked them if they understood what was missed the first time round and they said yes! This was valeting inside my under the dash, engine wash mould left around all the window frames and on the back shelf. As I was in the gym they rang and said the job was done and they need to leave, so again trusting that they uphold what I paid for said fine and they posted my keys and left. I then came back to find that they still missed part on the body the backs s back shelf. I’ve already delayed selling the car because of this, so now had to sell the car and pay again for someone else to actually do the job properly! Again took videos and photos and told them I expected to be compensated for the incomplete service specially considering I had to pay someone else to do what hey clearly was incapable doing (funny how the next business was able to clean what they couldn’t) the rep took all my details told me someone would call that day! More than a week later no reply not even a courtesy call! Messaged on instagram to get the owner who I promise you won’t be successful with the attitude i revived! Basically told me that they tried to correct the problem which they didn’t as it wasn’t completed and told me they wouldn’t compensate me and that I’ve sold the car! I have screen shots of every conversation had with this business plus all the photos and videos! Look back at the reviews and I’ll promise you save yourself and go with someone else! They seem very desperate not to pay back any money that they rather get poor reviews for the poor service! Absolutely disgraceful! You’d think small business like this would look to try to uphold a reputation and very least admit their mistakes! Not here this company owner has no customer care or respect and would rather take your money and offer you a discount on a next wash! Lmao! Do not use them if your interested contact me I’ll send you proof of everything also have a recommendation on who to use for anywhere on London! Business like this won’t last long with the way in which they deal with people! Terrible business, even worse customer service! I will say though the guys that came out didn’t do the job but at least was polite! This by the way has nothing to do with the money at the end of the day but the pure decency to accept one’s lack of service! Please take warning and avoid them!
