I visited The Therapy Life Centre with vestibular related vertigo. I had 5-6 sessions of cranio therapy and it was fantastic. I could physically feel the improvement after every session. Fortunately my vestibular issues have corrected themselves but I will still have cranio therapy on a regular basis Can’t fault Hayley and the team

Therapy Life Centre is a fantastic venue with a warm, welcoming vibe. I visit TLC regularly for Transformational Breathing workshops hosted by Celia Leslie. It’s a phenomenal therapy with dramatic results. It has helped me to change my life exponentially. Therapy Life Centre offers an array of holistic therapies to support growth and healing and I can’t recommend them enough.

Cannot thank Deb enough for my wonderful massage. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable, what a kind, beautiful soul she is..and a great energy which made me feel even more relaxed when having my treatment! Couldnt reccomend going for a treatment at TLC enough, wonderful people and when you arrive they make you feel so welcome which is relaxing in itself... and also when you leave they make sure your okay as well! You'll leave feeling like a new person, relaxed and stress free I love having having natural treatments so if your looking for somewhere that has alternative treatments and threapy then definitely go here.. your body will thank you for it!
