I ordered number 18 helium balloon for my son’s birthday which I ordered on 6th May 2023 and requested delivery 19th May 2023. I have tried phoning the company several times but goes straight to answer phone I left a message and received no reply, I’ve emailed via my email and on the contact them on their website no reply either. The balloon never arrived and I’m so annoyed as this was not the cheapest place to buy from but trusted they were a genuine company but unfortunately they are not. Now waiting for my money to be refunded to PayPal and I’m going to have to get some balloons last minute for my son’s party. Avoid this company!

Balloon hasn't arrived both today or yesterday I paid £8 for it to be delivered yesterday the phone line hasn't been answered, my email hasn't been answered and I cannot update this review until I have received a full refund. My wife's 30th birthday was yesterday and I am genuinely upset and frustrated by this.

This place is top notch! Ordered 2 personalised gum-ball balloons to surprise my girlfriend with for our first year anniversary - was very satisfied with the product that arrived. I also needed a last minute address change which was sorted for me with ease, the balloons arrived at the new address on the expected date with no problems whatsoever. Ordered a surprise balloon gift for the arrival of my sisters 1st baby. (RAINBOW BABY) Shipping address (hers) on order form, but on the day of delivery (today) I got an email saying the balloon was ready and out for dispatch - please check that delivery address is correct - it was my address, the billing address. I tried ringing Party Company but got voicemail telling me to send an email. I did. 2 in fact. In response I got a message back which was a copy of my email. And no advice. I then sent another email asking if they were going to rectify this.....not a word!. Gift delivered to me, and now I have the trouble of trying to get this huge box to my sisters house. Very inconvenient and wont be the surprise I wanted it to be. Will not be using this company again 😥
