Being treated by Mark for a torn muscle in my shoulder. He is so much more than a physio!! Love the holistic approach he uses including massage and acupuncture. Have exercises to do at home as well. I feel this is clearing up much more quickly than if I had gone NHS route.

He doesn't just work on the thing you come to see him for, he finds the triggers that are slowing or stopping the your recovery! It's the full work, mind body and soul. I came to mark in a lot of pain a couple of months ago, having suffered from a very bad recurring back issue over the last 4-5 years. After my first session the difference was amazing, I actually came off my painkillers a couple of days later. The following sessions I then saw weekly improvements under Marks guidance, teaching my what I needed to do to sort and prevent in future. Part of our sessions was acupuncture which always seemed to work wonders, and even mentioned about my hayfever, to which mark put an extra couple of needles in.... And like magic my chronically bad hayfever symptoms reduced by about 70%. This man is a magician. And his knowledge of the human body is astounding. Thoroughly recommend!

I had torn a ligament in my wrist a few months ago from crossfit and it felt so much better treatment. On the road to recovery FINALLY after much needed rest and misdiagnosis by someone else. Mark is an amazingly gifted person whose knowledge and passion of holistic therapy is second to none. I was sceptical at first but after my first session I was convinced he was going to help me.
