Amazing and more importantly honest company to deal with. I was involved in an accident which was mutually agreed to resolve outside of insurance. The third party elected to take their vehicle to Theoco as they were an approved Peugeot garage. I was very apprehensive as I thought this would result in a much higher inflated repair bill. However, this could not have been further away from the truth. Theoco from the very beginning were extremely accommodating and gave advice for the best course of action to minimise costs and disruption for both parties. They initially provided a ball park quotation but said the vehicle would need to be stripped and inspected fully to provide a more comprehensive quotation. At this point after the inspection, they could have easily come back with a much higher price, instead they provided detailed pictures of all the areas and parts that were damaged, even going to the extent of explaining what bits could be salvaged without being replaced. The quotation (very reasonable) was itemised so that we could see the breakdown of all the costs, with the final price after the completed repair even coming in slightly cheaper than their quote as they were able to recover some additional clips during the process. Cannot recommend Theoco and in particular Demitri highly enough. Normally this industry has a bad reputation but Theoco has restored my belief that they are not all the same and there are in fact some gems like Theoco who actually have the customers best interest at heart.
