We paid to have a ring commissioned - the stones repeatedly fell out. So many times that they made us a new ring saying this would be better and again, a stone fell out. Instead of apologies for the poor workmanship, they said I was to blame and causing the stones to fall out with how I wore the ring (which was normally, on my finger). We paid thousands of £££ for nothing as they have refused to repair the ring and also refused to refund us for their poor workmanship. There are much better jewlers in London - Georgina Boyce, Philipa Herbert to name a few. Don't waste your money, and trust me, it will be wasted.
