A well designed course with many group activities to help with retaining learning points. Unfortunately, there is a very short test a day after the last on line session which doesn't give much time to learn the current week's learning points ( 1 evening). I was worried about the short revision time. Fortunately, we were lucky this tme as unforseen circumstances delayed the test for a further week.

The course I recently attended online was presented so well it was so interesting hearing the experiences people have had in customer service. The tutor jonny made the course so much fun and learnt so many valuable examples which worked so well. I have learnt so much which I'm looking forward to using it in my next career. Highly recommend going on these courses.

A well run course on customer service by an experienced presenter. He came well prepared and with real life experiences to add validity to course. Was able to get a diverse group to take part and join in. probably could have been shorter in duration but that is a personal point of view as I have some knowledge in customer service. Well worth the time.
