I ordered a very expensive bottle of whisky as a birthday present for my husband. It arrived covered with the company logo all over the packaging! This completely ruined the surprise. I then emailed the company about this, and never even got a response! I definitely will not be buying from The Drinks Basket in the future! If someone orders something as expensive as this, chances are, it's probably being bought as a gift, it doesn't take a lot of common sense to know this. I am very disappointed!

Wasn’t happy with my order as the wrong wine was sent and I left a one star review in line with other reviews I had seen. However I emailed Drinks Basket and complained. Ron in customer support replied the same afternoon and sent the correct wines within 24 hours. It has to be one of the best customer services responses I have ever had. Well done Ron.
