I thought it was only fair to re-write my review of the Car Site. We have owned our Kia Sportage for 8-months and within that time we have loved our Kia. However the issues I had from the start were never resolved by Tom or any of the other sales staff at The Car Site. Listed below are the list of issues that still 8-months on were (NEVER) resolved. 1) We were promised a full RAC Report with the car - Never Materialised 2)The spare key that came with the car is not even programmed 3) The Car Site denied ever having the wheel locking 4) Car advertised with (FULL) Service history - incorrect as on closer inspection the cars service book is missing. Unfortunately their Arthur Daly approach to car sales does them complete justice , we were lucky that our Finance Company got involved and paid for the replacement wheel locking nuts at a cost of over £200 from Kia. All the cars are clean but they have very little knowledge , meaning that the cars sell themselves. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews of this place before going to view our Kia , if I had I may had bought elsewhere. Our Kia was one of the lucky ones , as it seems there are many un-happy customers that have bought cars from here that are either not road worthy or classically the customer has been lied to. You will see Toms response below , I would like to point out that I have never been in the car trade as Tom has indicated , nor did I come back again and again to look at our Kia , we did in fact look at the car on a Friday , pay the deposit that day and collected it on the Tuesday the following week. The only point he is correct on is that I had been messed about by another car dealers , well Tom I can now add you to that list. To date the RAC report has never turned up in the post , and I imagine the warranty that was sold with our car is a genuine as the Rolex on Toms wrist.....
