Booked show with dinner please to say all went really well, only problem was I tried to upgrade the Tickets due to my partner disability and the stairs in the theatre but was told it was too late to do, I just found this company to not be helpful at all hence 3 stars

This company isn’t interested in customer service or responding to questions via email. I would strongly avoid. Also buying theatre vouchers is a waste of money as the use by dates are often unrealistic and no flexibility is offered - much better to buy a ticket on an agreed date for the person you are gifting.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Rude and untrustworthy customer service who stopped responding to emails leaving no route to contact the company. We were given theatre ticket vouchers pre-pandemic, and when COVID-19 hit we spoke to a representative (when Theatre Tickets Direct's phone number still worked) who helpfully told us that they would not enforce the expiry date. When we came to use them, they didn't work, and on contacting the company they (rudely) said that it was our fault and wouldn't help.

I am very disappointed with LTD. I was lucky to receive a voucher for my 70th birthday. I didn't know there was a 12 month time limit on this and hadn't used it due to illness etc. I was 6 weeks over the time and after numerous emails I was told tough !! you are too late and they won't relent I now have to tell my family I am not able to use my present

This company refused to offer extension of gift voucher after the lockdown and theatres being closed they have also disconnected the telephone probably to make it harder to contact regarding issues. Avoid under all costs unless you’re prepared to throw money away. They are also more expensive than buying from the theatre directly.

My day was extremely disappointing, myself and 7 friends went to celebrate my 60th birthday, we arrived at the restaurant 30mins early to be told we only had 2 places booked,the staff were so slow taking our order we had to leave before our deserts, we were then late for the start of the performance. This caused a lot of stress and anxiety and left me very upset.

I had booked tickets for "Only Fools and Horses" for 23/03/22 With Theatre Tickets Direct but, unfortunately, my wife contracted and tested positive for Covid on 22/03. Despite the booking being non-refundable one of their advisors (Nandeep) helped by re-scheduling the tickets for a later date, with only an extra £14.00 admin fee to pay. I can only say that Nandeep was extremely helpful, and I appreciate her endeavors to transfer the tickets to a later date. My wife and I really wanted to see the show, as we had been told it was very good, but were not in the position to pay another £150.00 to do so. Thanks Nandeep.
