We went to see Frozen last night. Was a wonderful show and the staff were lovely. Our seats were upgraded (not sure why but we certainly appreciated the better view! I was walking with a cane due to a rough pregnancy and they offered us the use of the lift and help getting to seats which was very much appreciated. The venue itself is very grand and beautiful and the seats were comfy! Would recommend the theatre and Frozen!

As parents we really enjoyed the Frozen matinee. Some children in the audience were a little bit noisy, but I can't be too intolerant of that because on a bad day it could have been our child. The real reason I made a point of leaving a five star review is the way they handled my daughter getting a bit overwhelmed by the loudness and by anxiousness about how scary the snow monster was going to be. The theatre allowed her to leave the auditorium for long enough to calm down, reassured her that there's no snow monster in this version, and lent her some ear protectors to reduce the volume. I understand that for children who really don't want to go back in, they have a quiet room with iPads showing a live feed, so they needn't miss the whole ending. Brilliant.
