I have got the worse medical attention in my life today from this centre. I am asked to wait 2 weeks (15/05/23) before I a GP sees me for raise blood pressure, headache and insomnia. I have had cardiac concern post COVID vaccination. Reception hunged the phone on me

I have been a patient at Theale for six years and never had an issue. Urgent issues seen to quickly and non urgent issues I have got resolved. I have a fantastic doctor, but the other doctors there are good too. I personally wouldn’t hesistate in recommending.

This surgery is a disgusting service phone on 5/1/23 whit tummy pains & cramps no call back phoned again on Monday 9/1/23 when I got a call back NO appointments for 2 weeks told them I was in pain I do have a problem with my prospate all they want is to take the money they don't give a dam about the patient anyone thinking about registering here DON'T

The GPs there are really caring and lovely. But the problem lay with the reception team. I was declined an appointment by reception which lead the my condition deteriorated further. I was both shocked and disappointed. This really affected my health and led to me taking alomost a month off work.
