Rooms: Very compact. A bed, a bathroom, and a tiny desk. Walkability: Maybe two minutes to Victoria station, if that. Food & drinks: Directly beside a pub, plenty of food options in immediate proximity.

This was the most inexpensive hotel I was able to find on a Saturday night close to Victoria Station so I went with it. It was great for one person, but I think with two it would have been a little cramped, and this is even with a free upgrade to a queen room. If you are expecting a super compact intelligently designed space, this is not it. The bathroom, in particular, is extremely small and not super private. You also need to use your hotel keycard to turn on the lights, which took me a bit to figure out and wasn't made explicitly clear. Despite these issues, the location was perfect and I would stay there again, just know what you are getting into.

Amazing value for money and a perfect location. The rooms are small but packed with everything you need, the finish of all the interior details is second to none, but the best thing about the place is the staff. Polite, friendly, unobtrusive and so helpful. I arrived late at short notice, but everything was immediately available and I was given perfect advice on three separate questions relating to connections, local shops and parking. They really are world class. 10/10

I spent 1 night at the Z Hotel Victoria. We arrived in London in the morning by train and unfortunately arrived too early at the hotel, so we could not check in yet. But the friendly staff offered us that we can still check our luggage there. Thereupon we went into the city. The room was clean and well equipped. The technology resp. TV and sunshades are up to date. Every square meter was used and therefore perfect for one night.

Clean, comfortable, nice staff, full Sky movies and sports, great shower, tea and coffee. Utterly amazing position with 5 mins walk to Victoria, Buckingham Palace, Elizabeth Street or 15 mins to Sloane Square. Ok the room is tiny and no window but it's clean and comfortable and everything one could want. Rooms : 3/5 | Service : 3/5 | Location : 5/5 Hotel highlights Great value … More

(Translated by Google) I'm sorry to tell this, but people tend to stay there may consider these situations. 1. heating is on your own luck in the room on March : No heating and I asked for help, the staff explained, the air con may be out of order from time to time, randomly. They offered me a portable heater instead but it was still cold in the room. 2. Beware of hidden policies: I didn't get refresh towel in Day2 when I returned at night, duty manager at the front desk answered me with an assertive attitude” put used towels on floor, it is the policy” . Well, sounds very reasonable but no sign in the room, plus, my towels were totally soaked on the shelf. If you have policies, pls let your customers know in advance 😅 People considering living here may experience the following situations: 1. There may be no heating in winter: I checked in in March and found that there was no heating in the room. I endured it on the first day and went to the counter to ask the next day. The hotel explained that sometimes there is a problem with their heating system. Every room may suddenly have no heating. , and has been unable to repair, although they are very enthusiastic to provide me with an electric heater, but the room is still very cold, people who are afraid of cold may pay attention in winter. 2. I went back to the room the next night and found that the towels on the shelf hadn’t been changed, so I asked the manager on duty at the counter. He taught me that next time I remembered to throw the towels on the floor before changing the towels... I was so tired and didn’t argue. Another employee also smoothed things over and gave me towels immediately. However, I understand environmental protection, but there is no sign in the room, who knows? Miraculously, when I went back to my room on the third night, there was a sign saying "Towels are changed only when they are lost" suddenly appeared in the bathroom😅 (Original) I’m sorry to telling this, but people tend to stay there may consider these situations. 1. heating is on your own luck in the room on March : No heating and I asked for help, the staff explained, the air con may be out of order from time to time, randomly.
