The location here is incredible for any central city visits! I can’t stress enough how perfect it was. Also felt very safe coming in and out late at night and early morning. Staff were great, super welcoming, friendly and had a great attitude. They also stored our bags and put them in our room for us which was great. Plus storage for after we checked out. The bed and the room is a capsule sized so maybe not convenient if you needed excess storage or are a taller/larger person. A cafe area to order drinks. Free water and fruit there too. I think there is an option for breakfast but we went to local cafe instead. I also left a small perfume bottle in the room after checking out which I asked about they did try hard to find it and went searching for a really long time, two members of staff at different times. You could tell they genuinely cared. It was a really small sample tester but I just wanted to know what it was so I could order some Unfortunately it wasn’t found but they did have a very good look and even called their cleaner out of hours. Would definitely stay again!

Terrible place. Loud drilling noises and construction with no warning (would not have booked this hotel if I knew this was the case) this noise is ridiculously loud to the point I cannot stay in my room. Cleaning staff repeatedly knocking on your door even after me telling them i was taking a nap. They knocked a few times which woke me up and I told them I was taking a nap and if they could come back later but the staff still proceeded to knock on my door and say “room service” 2-3 more times. Only after me repeatedly telling them o was taking a nap, the stag started sighing very loudly and walked away saying so you don’t want your room cleaned. After this, when I fell asleep I was woken up by the cleaning staff opening my door and coming into my room while I was asleep which obviously terrified me. Only to hear them say so you do not want your room cleaned and then leaving. This whole interaction is just so profoundly bizarre to me. Quite ridiculous for the price
