My little girl has been attending NHS SALT sessions for years now, but I saw Rachel on social media and I loved the look of her clinic. I booked a block of 6 sessions and I was absolutely amazed at how much my little girl came on in such a short period of time compared to the numerous NHS appointments she has attended. Rachel adapts the sessions to the individual child and the clinic is so ‘homely’ and fun compared to normal SALT settings that can be very ‘clinical’ and boring. I felt this kept my daughter engaged and she interacted throughout the whole session which quite evidently paid off with the amount of progression she made in a short period of time. I would highly recommend the Yorkshire Speechie anyone that is wanting help to bring their child’s speech along, even as an addition along side free therapy. Thank you Rachel for all of your help!

Rachel is just so easy to work alongside! As the class teacher Rachel has ensured that the referral process is easy and accessible, that the assessment is quick and that the summary report is so thorough and achievable for both teachers and students. If there is anything in the report staff are unsure of she's always on hand and willing to explain further, and has even delivered multiple sessions after school to support us- colourful semantics, sound development groups and stammering. These sessions have been tailored perfectly so that we are meeting the needs of our students and they just love it! Amazing!

Every single session is meticulously planned, and the exercises that Rachel works on with our son are always enjoyable for him whilst making sure he is progressing. Rachel has trained my colleagues to deliver lots of different provisions and writes programmes that we can follow easily, the kids enjoy and get amazing results.
