I thought my issue was resolved as someone had filled my skip up with wood that wasn’t mine, I really needed the skip and paid a lot of money, they said they would take my waste still but did not give me time to do it as I couldn’t leave the rubbish on top of the skip overnight with it being on a main road so I have essentially bought a skip for a few items

Used them a few years...for general waste, mixed recycle and skips. Tried many other companies and Remondis are the best around. The office staff are good and the drivers are friendly.

I must disagree with Mr Mitchell's post. I ordered a skip for Monday and it arrived at 8.00am. It was filled by the Tuesday afternoon and at 4.00pm I asked Remondis to collect it. I also advised that it had to be removed by Friday at the latest. It was collected at 5.00pm on the same Tuesday. This is the second time I have used them and they are first class

Delivery and collection both booked on-line and while delivery was spot on, the same could not be said for the collection. Due to be collected last Thursday (17th March) but it wasn't. Four phone calls followed. During the first three I was told that collection would be marked as 'urgent' while I was promised an immediate collection on the 4th call. It's now the evening of Monday 21st March and . . . skip is still sitting on the drive. UPDATE - Skip collected first thing this morning (Tuesday)

I've been calling them constantly for 11 days now to get a skip removed from the back lane. It should have been collected on the 7th March. I've called them 3 times today and been told someone is definitely coming to collect it (which is what they've told me everytime I've rang up until now) and it's STILL HERE. Extremely unprofessional - how hard is it for a skip company to collect their own skips!
