The Yorkshire Hive is attached to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park, you do not need admission to the YWP to enjoy the Hive which has a number of shops, ranging from clothing, toys 🎎 coffee ☕ bistro, sweets 🍭🍬🍫 garden, beer 🍺 gin, beauty salon, uproar play barn etc. Parking 🅿️ available in the short stay car park adjacent the main YWP car park, handy to kill a few hours and chill with the kids, friends and customers if you want to showcase a bit of Doncaster's finest. It's a little gem, and I believe where this year's Christmas market 🎄 will be held. Please click the like button ✅👍🤩

Very fun place for children. It was clean and numbers were comfortable. It was like most places like this, expensive for foods and drinks. My son and I loved the dinosaurs at the roar barn and there is so much to do, have fun trying to keep up with your little one lol the good news is there is only one exit and I is manned. Even though I didn't always have eyes on my son I never felt scared of losing him.

Stayed at the Hive hotel “Hex” in August 22 for the Yorkshire nights concert. It was a very very expensive night out for my daughter and I. Firstly I booked a balcony room as the website said these rooms had views of the wildlife park. In my head I was dreaming of sounds of Jungle and waking up to the lions roaming in the morning sunlight! In reality we got non of this. Our view featured no animals - our view was the shops in the Hive.. and a building site. Our room was nicely done was small. It all just looked a bit ‘ikea’ and cheap looking. Breakfast was extra - so I booked breakfast, but then found out I couldn’t get hot chocolate for my daughter as part of our £20 per person breakfast! It was rubbish to be honest. So our room was £170 per night. Breakfast was £20 per person. No tickets were included. But the most annoying part was the 30-40 minute walk to the area where the concert was taking place. Through the safari park and on past the mucking out areas, the water treatment works which stink and the tons of mosquitoes. All in all it was a huge waste of money. Next time we go to the night time concert I’ll book the parking next to the concert site and a hotel up the road for 1/4 of the price!!
