I have been going to the Yoga Lighthouse religiously for over a year now. Great space, great mixture of yoga styles and teachers. The studio is tucked in the corner of Sucklings Yard which is behind Tesco's in Ware. Would highly recommend giving it a go as the people at the studio are very welcoming. They even have a herbal tea station, what's not to love?!
