The Yoga Factory is an urban oasis, a clean, calm and friendly environment where I was welcomed and made part of the community with open arms. As a novice to yoga the practice has complemented and augmented my overall health and other sporting activities beyond expectations. The instructors are friendly and experts in delivery for all levels of ability. My favourite practices are Barre and Pilates under the superb instruction from Charlotte and the dynamic yoga with Autumn & Charlotte. After each visit I chill out in the in-house plant based Chai cafe, with the best coffee and food and a comfortable place to sit and chat with fellow students and instructors.....👍
