Took us over 3 weeks to arrange a viewing for our wedding venue as we had no proper replies to emails to arrange anything, chasing with phone calls etc. Finally viewed and then it took nearly a month to get the costings/T&Cs back, we then asked how to pay the deposit, firstly middle of February and then twice in March... We still haven't heard a thing and have accepted that our wedding definitely won't be happening here as the response and customer service has been nothing more than shocking!
