Was really disappointed with this company. I got 2 quotes for a French door, a kitchen window and a front door from The Wright Glazing company and another window company I had previously used. The quote from the other company was cheaper but I thought I'd use the wright glazing as they are a local family run business. Everything went ok until the installation. The front door (which was the most expensive item) had a scratch on the frame at the top. The bottom of the French door was not secured to the floor as the screws the installers used were too short. The window in the kitchen was not levelled (was further in at the top) and also had no filling under the window ledge. So I complained and someone came around to fix the problems. He levelled the window, filled the bit under the window ledge, removed TWO of the FOUR screws that were too short and put 2 longer crews in the middle (the 2 screws near the sides were left there doing absolutely nothing as (again) these are too short and don't reach the floor). He told me he had fixed the scratch on the frame so I went to look at it. He just painted it grey, I told him I could still see the scratch. He said he would fix this and I left him to it and went back inside. After quite a while I thought it was taking too long and went outside to see if all was ok. He had left, no goodbye, no is there anything else I can help with, he just left. And the scratch is still visible. The screws they used to screw the sides of the French door to the wall were done in such a careless way. One was screwed in so tight the plastic is bent, while some of the others were not screwed in straight but either upwards or sideways (which there was no need for). Anyway, not a company I'd recommend to my friends and family or use again. Should have gone with the big company I used before but you live and learn.

Very good service from start to finish! We have consiatently been with Wright Glazing, from our front doors, to our most recent patio french doors leading to the garden. Our quotes with Danny are professional and fair, and very accommodating during working hours, to the surveyor, and finally the fitting engineers who work very promptly and tidy to clean up. The workmanship is first class and we are very happy with it. At the end, aftercare and follow up is good, and they send all the relevant guarantee paperwork and FENSA certification. I wont really shop elsewhere!
