Saved again, after spending 3 hours on the phone to virgin media trying to install ITVX speaking to their staff based everywhere except England, I was totally fed up demoralised and totally stressed out, I should have listened to my wife she said (do not phone Virgin you will get no where and only be speaking to idiots)boy was that true. I could write a thousand pages with Their Faults. Now for the good part, I phoned my local Computer shop WORX, the phone was answered immediately and my problem was sorted in 3 minutes my experience was totally stress free keep up the excellent work.
