went and seen kevin two days ago with my faulty gaming pc withing ten mins he had it back booting to bios and had figured it was a faulty ram stick and he also tested all my other ssds and hdd and was able to tell me that the hdd was dead and after seeing it on we unplugged it i went home borught new ram installed it and had an issue he sat with me on the phone for 40 mins (on a sunday) to help me i would highly recommend hevin to anyone many thanks again andy
