  Handed in two lights one weekend to be looked at for repair. Told I'd be contacted on Tues/wed after the bank hol, nothing. Followed up following weekend, told next week, nothing. Followed again and told lights been looked at that morning but can't repair, but the guy I spoke to didn't know anything about it and no one had contacted me to inform. Collected that afternoon, but the third guy said 'no one tells me anything' when trying to look for my lamps. Sort of sums it up. Nice looking shop, sounds like the owners started well but probably lost focus on communication, record keeping, custom satisfaction and overall experience. Lost for my future custom for purchases/future repairs despite a promising, friendly initial start, if they can't see through the experience to completion, they'll struggle to keep the business alive and growing.

  I called today as my Building Contractor recommended me as we need something bespoke for our Kitchen. Within an hour of me calling and sending an email I received a response from Sam with his suggestions. As customer service goes at an initial enquiry stage the response was fantastic. This is why I prefer to shop local!

  Great shop, products are of excellent quality that you won’t find elsewhere along with good prices, the team ( including Sam) and the service is amazing , very friendly and approachable by phone and email. Delivery is quick well packaged and using courier service rather than Royal Mail which is great. I purchased many items over the last few years for my home and can’t be any happier. For ex I got light fixtures, light bulbs, fairground lights X2 as well as plugs and sockets. I will be buying more. Thank you team 😀

  We bought two small soda glass pendants which were delivered in may and due to building delays went up a lot later than intended. When we put them up we were missing one of the pendants and only had the shade. We had opened the boxes so we honestly didn’t know if it was our fault and it had been lost or whether it hadn’t been sent in the first place. We fully expected to have to pay for another given how long it had been but the team sent another one free of charge and we only had to pay shipping. Such good customer service and made a stressful morning so much calmer. If only every retailer had such good service. The lights are absolutely stunning as well

  After some time researching for companies, I came across this company and after the initial conversation with them I trusted them to deliver Light Up Letters to us. The company we used to use unfortunately didn’t make it through Covid, we instructed the workshop below to Copy an existing letter and provided them with all the dimensions needed. The B they made for us, which wasn’t up to the standard we were used to, but we were still happy with it. We then ordered another two letters with little modifications to make them suitable for mobile use, with a strict deadline as they were to be used for a wedding. Saying they were dragging their feet is an absolute understatement, I sent numerous emails with no reply and had to keep calling to find out what the status was on delivery time of the letters. They decided that it would be fine to post out the letter, late on a Thursday evening knowing I needed it for Saturday mornings wedding. We are based in South Wales, and they left it too late which resulted in the order not arriving to us until the Monday. We obviously had to let the bride and groom know that we could not give them the lights they wanted, which resulted in them giving us a negative review. I then told this company that I would never want to use them again because of the above and upset and damage they caused to us and the Bride and Groom. in all fairness to them they refunded the full payment I made for the two letters and that was the end of it. I feel if you want something in the stock or the standard size and spec then you should be okay, but if you were looking for some customisation and something slightly different and you expect good communication then I would 100% recommend you look elsewhere

  I ordered a few plugs and sockets to dress up my bedroom a bit, happy with the price. Unfortunately one of the sockets arrived with a small bit of damage but Sam quickly got on it and sent me another socket free of charge the next day. Very happy and amazing customer service.
