Absolute cowboy. Doesnt answer the phone hardly. Customer service is zero. Ordered something was promised delivery day after. When i called the next day had the cheek to say it could be the day after or later. Then got really feisty over the phone saying ill cancel the order and putting the phone down. Showroom is like a little cold box room with no absolute no displays.

Bought some great doors. Pre sales service was excellent and I found Tony friendly and informative. However I have now had my doors fitted by Joiners arranged by Tony. Bathroom door lock was not fitted due to a missing part. After weeks of calling, part finally arrived and I had to go pick it up myself. Unfortunately part didn't solve the problem; I think either the door supplied was too thin (it's thinner than the other doors in the house, fire and non fire) or that the actual lock mechanism is not compatible with the door depth. Most of the doors fitted require a hard tug to close fully and now I'm worried the handles will come off soon. Spoken with both Tony and his Joiners many many times since fitting. It's been 2 months now and no-one has come. Hence forced to leave this review which is a shame. Hopefully this review gets spotted and Tony actually arranges something for me. Update on this June 2021 - so approx 7 months later: the above issues still haven't been resolved. Additionally my living room door is now cracking around the hinges despite being a thick solid fire door. Fitted by Joiners used by this company - they keep saying they will come to have a look but never have done.

Brilliant service through out!! Tony is always on the other end of the phone should you need him. I needed doors at 6:30AM, he went out of his way so I could get them and get the job handed over on time, THANKS TONY! All doors are well stored and wrapped, couldn’t ask for more! ( GREAT PRICES ) If you need doors I recommend him 110%.
