Absolutely amazing service - our girls Enid and Sigrid can be quite demanding, but nothing fazes Amber, our sitter. She is always competent and professional and it makes me feel so much better about leaving them (especially after Enid had a major health scare as a kitten). Heather and the team clearly care about the cats so much, and have so much knowledge and experience between them. Can't recommend highly enough - my only fear is that one day we might move out of the neighbourhood!!!

Julie and the rest of The Wingless Bird team have been absolutely wonderful looking after our little lockdown cat, Thomas. He is very much used to company so we were of course worried about leaving him to go away, but Julie is an expert cat sitter. From the moment they met we knew that Tom was in very safe hands. He loves having Julie around with plenty of stimulation and exercise. We think sometimes he would rather we go away for longer. We have used The Wingless Bird team a couple of times and plan to do so every time we are away in the future. Our cat and home are in very safe hands. Highly highly recommend - much better than taking cat with you or using a cattery.

Heather is by far the best cat sitter we have ever used, I would not hesitate to recommend her. The care and attention she gives our boy is second to none. All the time we were away we received regular updates with beautiful pictures of our precious moggy. We felt very happy and secure in the knowledge that he was being looked after incredibly well. As well as many years of experience with cats, Heather is also a feline behaviourist and super knowledgeable. Cats are her passion and love, which really shows through in the quality of care she provides, and the relaxed manner in which our cat greets us upon our return.
