Very bad experience. Seated at a table with friends inside, and someone came inside the venue, walked up to our table and stole my phone which was lying right in front of me. I realized 5 mins later and raised it to the waiting staff, who casually said multiple people had their bags stolen by other vagrants who entered at the same time. The staff said it happens often, but still didn't keep track of who was entering the venue. Very shocking that the staff saw the people stop by our table but didn't even warn us to keep a lookout for our belongings. Extremely poor attitude of the staff, as they just shrugged and continued to charge us a service charge. Will never go back there. What a shame.

Several people got their bags and phones stolen tonight. A group of three people came in together (indoors) and scavenged the place without anyone stopping them. The staff needs to do a better job regulating who comes in and out of this place. Even better, they still tried to charge a service fee despite all of this. Absolutely appalling, I will not come back despite having been a regular customer.

I am thrilled to have discovered this place with its lovely atmosphere and an extensive wine list featuring a great selection of wines. The two cheese and charcuterie boards were fantastic, but please note that they do not serve full meals. I highly recommend this spot for wine enthusiasts looking for a cozy and intimate place to enjoy a glass of their favorite vintage.
