I hope you do get the right person or they’ll be litigation along with your recent terrible cqc report, there is nothing fake about this, you are a shocking manager who all staff and clients despise. Just make sure you get the right client you horrible women- you need sacking .. are you really proud to work in social Care ??

Manager will deny clients the choice of time slots even when they have places to go- she expects my relative to stay in the home in their night clothes for her staff/ carers until 2/3pm- totally unreasonable for clients who are more active, no personalised care, this firm do not deserve any business, woman in charge of allocations is horrible, all staff are leaving, she discriminates and bullies people if you have any issues, as above/below we are looking elsewhere for our relative

As below female manager is terrible talking down to everyone and argumentative, doesn’t care about personalised care, we are moving our relative shortly, thanks to the decent carers who care but who are all leaving because of management. There are plenty other better care agencies in Wakefield I recommend everyone tries them not this one! The positive reviews here will mainly be from staff made to review or the odd good experience!!

No a good experience with management or some staff, a lot of the staff are lovely but they are all leaving because of management- in response to Ruth’s comment (my relative below and her comment) yes we will provide more details when we find another agency for our relative who is currently under your care, until then these are anonymous complaints as we believe your manager in charge will discriminate and treat them even more poorly than you do already.

Staff have terrible attitude and left and elderly gentleman with no food for over 2 weeks! Lotus Care Services are the worst in Wakefield. Vulnerable and elderly people are paying for a service that is completely inadequate. When contacted they are argumentative and rude. I will be reporting this so called ‘care service’.

first of all office staff are rude talk down to you over the phone and then they terminated my mums care because she was in hospital even though i rang and explained to put her care on hold till she was home and we only found out through therapist that they canceled my mums care they didn't even have the decency to tell us most if the care staff are nice and a few to busy on there phones 1 care lady is fab catalina shes the reason for 2 stars and not just 1
