Been here a few times before for bottomless brunch and has always been amazing but we went yesterday for my moms birthday as she’d not been before and we were all so disappointed. Our table wasn't ready for us on arrival, after we’d spent a good while standing around waiting to be greeted and eventually having to approach someone who was serving another guest so we were told to get a drink whilst we wait, not a problem. Finally got seated about 30 minutes later. Ordered our food. Starter came out quite quick but was missing some of the ingredients stated on the menu. Still ok. Then came our 60 minute wait for our mains, by this time we were starving. After asking about them twice they finally arrived. I ordered a pasta dish and when mine was placed down the whole table were horrified. It was the smallest portion of pasta Iv even seen, not even a starter or child size portion. Two spoon fulls and it was gone. After such a long wait it was most definitely not the meal I was expecting. I then had to eat bits off everyone else’s plates just to try and fill up as I most definitely did not want to wait another 60 minutes if I ordered another meal. The waitress who was lovely could not of been more apologetic and did her best for us and looked very overwhelmed and over worked. The restaurant itself was so busy and loud. The bar staff weren’t particularly attentive or welcoming and there didn’t seem enough staff in general to accommodate the amount of guests either. All in all a pretty bad experience and definitely won’t be returning. Such a shame it’s changed so much as it was always such good quality on the times we’d been before.

We had to wait over 30min for our table which was from 3.30pm til 5.30pm. We had to wait nearly 45m for our meal then they forgot our vegetables. By 6.10pm we hadnt even order our pudding. People were waiting for our table. Complained, got discount, paid and left.

Just awful. Went for dinner with some friends for an overdue catch up and was really looking forward to it having read some of the reviews. Please be cautious and read all of the most recent reviews. On arrival the staff were friendly they were clearly tidying up from a busy bottomless brunch session so our table wasn’t ready but we waited with drinks at the bar so all fine. Once we’d ordered is where the problems began. 3 of the 4 had the prawns which arrived swimming in hot butter. For mains we all ordered chateaubriand cooked medium rare. After an hour waiting we started to wonder where our mains were and when we asked 10 mins later we were brought plates which had hot spots but mostly cold. Waited a further 10 mins so my partner got up to take the plates back to the kitchen to get warm ones. On approaching the kitchen he saw our food sitting under a lamp. He sat back down and soon after we were presented with cold, medium welldone what looked like a rump steak cut up at best £70 worth of meat allegedly . It was just awful. We tried to start eating but just couldn’t. We called over the waitress who was almost in tears as she’d been apologising to most tables. We advised we couldn’t eat it and wouldn’t be paying for the mains. Left hungry and disappointed having paid for drinks and the starters we ate. The following day we all had stomach issues 2 of the 4 quite severely. Absolutely won’t recommend this place to anyone.

First impressions were nice, nice bar, nice staff etc. Starters came, 3 out of the 4 of us had the prawns, they all looked completely different in appearance so much so that mine looked like there were 4 pale uncooked prawns swimming in a bath of cool butter. We then waited over and hour for our mains (we all ordered chateaubriand). The table next to us got up and left after waiting nearly 2 hours for their mains. They were told they were short staffed which is no excuse for poor food. We were bought a set of warm and cold plates and these went fully cold by the time the mains arrived. For saying the main was £70 we were disgusted by what we were served. Ordered medium rare, it came medium well, cold (as it was sat under the lights of the kitchen for sometime) and like they had just sliced up a rump steak. I ordered the black garlic butter as a sauce which came solid. How is this supposed to melt on cold over cooked steak?? I called over the waitress and asked her to take it all away and that we would pay for the first two drinks we had and the starters. She was very apologetic. You cannot blame poor food on staffing levels.
