a parcel was sent here from vinted, the lady posted through royal mail by mistake, they have refused blank that the parcel has arrived without even checking saying he doesn't do royal mail (he must receive post) even the tracking says it was delivered to the shop! yes it was a accident on the ladies behalf that sent it but we all make mistakes! the lady has taken it further with royal mail, its only a pair of jeans but not the point really
