8 of us went for the Mortimers staff Christmas meal. Just us oldies as the youngsters did an escape room! Booking, pre-ordering etc was efficient. We received a warm welcome and drinks arrived promptly. Whether it was pate, home made meatballs or soup, roast turkey with all the trimmings, sea bass in lemon and lime butter, chicken wrapped in bacon, or slow cooked pork belly, it was all delicious and served piping hot. Desserts were lovely and so was the wine! A good night was had by all. Thank you Lisa, Tony and co - well done.
