I was recommended by a trusted optician to go here, but the service was terrible! 1. They wanted to charge me £100 to be seen, but then they pass me on OCL London Vision Clinic straight after (just a middle person) 2. Throughout the service, I was treated like I was beneath them. I have been wearing glasses for 21 years, so this is a nervous experience, but it's too much hard work for them to answer the questions 3. They tried to tell me that they don't hard sell, presumably meaning they think other companies do, which is totally wrong 4. Get some receptionists who treat people with respect, no matter who they are, not thinking they are better than you. 5. Then they told me I wasn't the person they wanted to help, though I'm having the most expensive laser correction treatment. With businesses struggling for sales these days, this company should be ashamed of the service they provided. I won't add photos due to GDPR.
