What a lovely, efficient and knowledgeable man. My elderly mum had a quote of £350 for replacing malfunctioning window locks and handles. Window wizard came in and oiled said windows then refused to take any payment as he had only spent 10 minures applying some oil. My mum was absolutely delighted. I cant recommend him highly enough. Both windows work beautifully.

After a survey by the window wizard for some work on our conservatory. (Whilst doing the survey he commented on the age of the conservatory). He told us he would get a quote back to us the following week, however after nearly 4 weeks we had not received a response. We had to contact him and he said he was so busy playing catch-up so couldn’t do the work. He actually told us via text, after we asked for a call! If he didn’t want to do the work a courtesy call would have been appreciated. That is our experience of the window wizard.
