Extremely disappointing experience. We bought some tiles for our new kitchen.....80% came damaged because of packaging back to glaze. There was no protection at all. The customer service worker reassured that all tiles should have been protected. However, when we complained we got an email saying a different story that all tiles are sent unprotected. We have lost a lot off money and now have to pay more for rectifying damaged wall after taking tiles off. These were very expensive tiles with no customer service or support.

Excellent company to use. Recommended to them via our local Tile Specialist as he knew we wanted something a little different. We received samples very quickly and placed our order. We chose one from the Artisan range for our downstair loo. We are very pleased, they are a quality tile in a great range of colours and sizes.

Wanting to create new steps to the front entrance of my small victorian cottage, and having looked elsewhere and online. I was given an Original Style brochure and we'll what a fabulous range. Absolutely beautiful tiles. It makes you want to tile everything everywhere. My steps have received many Many compliments and I am now currently choosing from the Winchester range for my bathroom and kitchen. I do feel that the prices reflect the quality, styles and the very fact they're handmade makes them even more special. Don't waste your time looking else where, make your home beautiful it's where you live.

I got some Hibiscus tiles from the Metropolitan range from Winchester tiles and they are so beautiful. They weren't the cheapest tiles in the shop but after seeing them there wasn't another option for me. They have a colour like a winter sunset, they have a shine to them that reflects the light so they appear to have different tones depending on the time of day. Seeing them on my bathroom wall exceeded my expectations of how a tile could look. The bathroom is definitely the classiest room in the house now. I love them so much, I've been raving about them to everyone!

DO NOT USE! We were sent tiles from two different batches which were totally different colours (a yellowy white and a bluey white) - although it wasn't possible to tell until they were up on the wall. Our bathroom ended looking up like a set of badly stained teeth... Winchester Tiles state that they never mix batches to prevent this but this didn't happen in our case. They did replace the tiles but refused to pay the additional labour costs so this ended costing us an extra £500 - not worth it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
