I bought a mug with decoration, which was described as dishwasher proof. It was washed twice and the decoration is peeling off. I have phoned, left messages and nobody replies. The item is not fit for purpose, as described. I would like a refund or exchange . This is appalling customer service from an international supplier. Very disappointing. I could not recommend.

Ich habe mir dann eine Tasse für £9 gekauft, was aus deutscher Sicht absolut in Ordnung ist. Im Großen und Ganzen ist es aber ein schöner Store.
