If you're looking to renew your business or house insurance I would highly recommend giving the Willows a call. After just one phone call last year, my household/business insurance was arranged by Lucy at a very competitive rate. As an added bonus, this year, I not only got a reminder email that my renewal was due, but an additional phone call reminder from Sarah as I still managed to forget to do it. Renewal price literally a couple of pounds more than last year, but more to the point, it was all completed for me, hassle free. Brilliant service all round!
