Great little B&B in an ideal location for exploring North Yorkshire. The room has everything you need in a quiet location of the main road. Superb shower, tea & coffee making facilities with biscuits and complimentary sweets and overall the room has everything you need and is very clean. And the full english breakfast was exceptionally delicious 😋

We had a great 4 night stay with Margaret and her team. She looked after us extremely well, nothing was too much trouble for her or her staff, they were all friendly and the service was excellent. The breakfast was amazing, fresh fruit salad, lovely local yoghurts, cereals, 4 options for a hot breakfast (full English (superb), scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, poached eggs on toast, pancakes and syrup), toast and marmalade and jam, tea or coffee. The room was very comfortable with all you need (WiFi, TV, tea/coffee making facilities, mini fridge and ensuite bathroom). The location was excellent, less than 100 metres from the High Street with it's amazing selection of local shops, 2 pubs, fish and chip shop, pizza takeaway and small supermarket. A lovely place to stay in a beautiful small town in a stunning part of Yorkshire
