The firm has been working on a probate matter. Must say I am incredibly disappointed in the service. Very slow to respond to emails and also very slow in carrying out their work. Did not action things until they has been prompted and reminded, most disappointingly lack the basic tax knowledge which nearly cost the estate c£70k unnecessarily if I had not intervened. People who may not have an accounting background would accept the solicitors advice, I wander how much this lack of knowledge has costs previous clients.

I contacted The Wilkes Partnership Solicitors today in relation to a query about Court of Protection. I got a return phone call within an hour from Sophie who was very helpful. She took the time to explain my position and also took the time to check the facts and confirm with second call. Most helpful. Would absolutely recommend for professionalism and speed of response
