A website that seems to be designed to prevent the patient from booking an appointment, simply linking back to the NHS website that tells you to contact your GP. No ability to email. Staff on telephone refuse to place patient on a triage list for an appointment despite NHS website clearly stating that you should see a GP. Seemingly under-resourced with a website designed to keep patients out of the surgery.

It seems almost impossible to actually book an appointment here. Online portal doesn’t work and their phone line always says they’re too busy

I wrote the below review over 2 years ago and gave them 1 star. I recently managed to get to see a Doctor. Yes it’s still hard to get through but I do believe things are changing. They have to change! I saw Dr Joshi. She was kind and sympathetic. She dealt with my problems quickly and extremely efficiently. I was very pleased. Thank you to all the staff for working hard to try to make changes. (Old review) We moved with work quite a bit and lived in a few places in England. Have been with this surgery for 3 yrs now. It is by far the worst surgery I had to deal with when it comes to anything from writing a prescription to making an appointment to misdiagnosis by doctors. I really think something serious needs to be done, so they look into their processes and protocols, train staff etc. Alternatively, they need to shut the doors and move patients somewhere else because this is primary care, and there is no care in what they do.

Do the receptions have a medical degree? I don't think so. They ask the same questions even tho you have just told them what is wrong. No empathy and just rubbish all round. Oh, and that's if you can get through to them!

Worst GP surgery I have been unfortunate to be registered at. No appointments Unhelpful staff "Priority only" for weeks on end If you have regular visits to a GP for specific issues, please do not register here. As you will just be a name in their books, but will not get the chance to actually ever make a appointment. This is more suited for the elderly, with pre booked appointments. It's like they are pushing you to go private.
