You wouldn’t even be seen by a doctor even if you walked in and collapsed probably sweep you to the curb and say ring back at 8am the next day

when all the pubs, restaurants, cinemas working. Even hospitals do not have strong restrictions, GPs in whitehouse farm covering themselves with Covid. this is mission impossible to get an appointment, they don't care about people at all. This is must be reviewed with a police and in a court!!!

Absolutely shocking service. The receptionist is rude and abrupt. The doctors don't want to treat anyone. It's about time they pulled themselves together and start behaving like a health care practice. They can make appointments for vaccines. But getting help with ongoing medical issues is an absolute joke!

This is the worst service I have ever experienced! The receptionist is not pleasant. It is almost impossible to actually speak to a doctor! There is a total failure in the duty of care that a GP should perform.

very appalled by the tone and attitude of the receptionist. she really needs to do a course on how to speak to people. i had asked if they could recommend anything i could take to help recover from covid-19, her reply was " if we had something, we would not be in the middle of a pandemic"
