I normally don’t write reviews but I would like to say how disappointed, frustrated and sad I am. I went to the clinic last year. Over 6 months I think? Everyone was friendly, I did what Zara told me to do. I did 3 sessions of tattoo laser removal. I booked my first appointment for microblading with Zara and was looking forward and couldn’t wait that I can finally do my eyebrow. But it has been cancelled multiple times. I took time off work just for it. 2-3 days after they rebooked my appointment, but she cancelled me again and she want to rebook me again to another week. I have never experience this before. It’s so unprofessional and I just can’t rely on them. I’ve been cancelled multiple times. It’s enough! I cannot Imagine After been waiting for months and months, paid deposit but been cancelled twice. I will not give my self a chance to be cancelled again for a third time. Service: Microblading

I had my lip and brow top up with Zara yesterday and I just wanted to thank her so much. From the minute I enter the beautiful building I feel totally comfortable and trust Zara 100% with my face I know she has the vision and expertise to do exactly what is right for me. The whole experience was amazing, the procedure is pain free and leaves such stunning results. I cannot recommend Zara enough and would highly recommend her clinic to anyone. I have been coming to see Zara at The White House Clinic since 2016 when I first had my eyebrows microbladed. I have been back numerous times over the years for top ups and colour boosts and have seen how Zara has created and developed her techniques in to an art form. Visiting the clinic is always a delight as I never feel nervous about the outcome, I always leave with beautiful, natural brows that are bespoke to me. I finally decided to take the plunge and get my eyebrows done after penciling them in daily for the last 30+ years! I chose Zara at The White House Clinic after reading so many client reviews complimenting her fabulous work. I can honestly say I was a little anxious at my initial microblading appointment (as anything on your face is so personal) but Zara's professional and calm approach, in a lovely salon environment, surrounded by relaxing music, put me immediately at ease. For my first session I decided to go with microblading alone and was amazed with the natural looking results (my teenage brows had returned!) 6 weeks on and I've just had my top-up session with Zara. This time I decided to go darker and bolder having 'Combination Brows' (Microblading plus Shading). I found the shading process to be much gentler and less painful than microblading. I can't wait to see the fully healed results of Zara's amazing work and highly recommend her services.
